Gives a good perspective on what is word of mouth and the challenge to measure it financially (what is the cost if it is free?). The good part is the later section showing how to boost WOM with the internet. A useful guide for any marketer who wants value for your investment.

NPR’s editorial review “It’s brief. It’s elementary. It’s obvious.” says it all.
To be worth my time, a business book needs to tell me something I DON’T know, or make me think about some aspect of my business in a new way. This book did neither.
